About Australian BJJ rankings

How are Australian BJJ rankings counted?
Mat Score is the default: win +10, submission +2, best six events. Walkovers and byes do not add points. Medals are not counted. All-time unless you filter to last 12 months. Losses do not subtract. Most wins and Submissions boards are still available. Australian events Matstories has synced only, still incomplete.
What is Mat Score?
A transparent points total for recorded competitive performance, not absolute ability. Every point links back to a match. People with fewer than five recorded matches are marked Provisional.
How are Australian BJJ gym rankings counted?
Win rate is the default, weighted so a long record beats a short streak. Gyms need at least 50 recorded fights to appear. Most wins, athletes per event, and finish rate are still there. Split into adults and kids. Credit follows the gym named at the event. Australian events Matstories has synced only, still incomplete.
Is this an official AU BJJ ranking?
No. Federations and local circuits keep their own points lists. Matstories is independent. This is a public record of recorded fights, still incomplete.
What is included?
Gi and no-gi, kids and adults, by belt, state, and federation when Matstories has the event. Other countries are not listed yet.
